YOU WILL NEED

  • High Speed Blender
  • Nut Milk Bag
  • 1 cup of almonds soaked overnight
  • 3-4 cups of water (less is richer)
  • A pinch or two of sea salt
  • For a sweet milk, add 1-3 mejool dates seeded.

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for a minute.  Pour through the nut milk bag and squeeze out all the milk.  Place in the fridge and it should last 3-4 days.

Different nuts have slightly different flavours and nutritional values.  You can mix some together or just try one at a time.
